Hoon-Dong Chung was born in 1970 in Korea. He is an assistant professor at Dankook University and invited artist at the Grand Art Exhibition of Korea. In addition, he is a vice-chairman of Korean Institute of Product & Design.

His works have been showcased in international exhibitions and received numerous awards including the Graphis Annual, the Red Dot Design Award, the IF Design Award, the Good Design Award, the Creativity Design Awards, the HOW Design Awards, the International Design Awards (IDA) and nominations for the German Design Award with the German Design Council.

Furthermore, his works are in the collections of Design Museum Munich, Museum für Gestaltung, Musée de la Publicité, The Poster Museum at Wilanów, The Chicago Athenaeum Museum, Dansk Plakat Museum, Ogaki Poster Museum.

70 years have passed since the atomic bomb named 'Little Boy' was dropped on Hiroshima. In this poster, the bomb was literally personified as a 'Little Boy'. With the tearful boy, the poster symbolically conveys 'No More Tragedy'.
